Everyone deserves:
-A functional, efficient, articulate and strong body with which to engage in life.
-To have a pain-free, stable, organized physical practice.
-To feel the sense of truly inhabiting their own physical selves.

Together we will:
-Undo any antagonism between self and body.
-Increase your physical strength, control, and balance.
-Focus on all you can do and let that translate to being able to carry yourself with a sense of emotional agency.
