Everyone is welcome into my classes and sessions.

Everyone deserves:
A functional, efficient, articulate and strong body with which to engage in life.
To feel the sense of truly inhabiting their own physical selves.
To have a pain-free, stable, organized physical practice. 

We will undo any antagonism between self and body.
We'll increase your physical strength, control, and balance.
We will focus on all you can do and let that translate to being able to carry yourself with a sense of emotional agency, as well. 

And, of course, it’s also nice to get your leg extension higher.
